This event brought together local leaders, educators, and workforce development professionals to discuss the critical intersection of education and workforce readiness in Daviess County.
The session aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the county’s education system, from early childhood through adult education. Attendees explored the concept of workforce development and its significance in equipping the local population with the necessary skills to meet the evolving demands of employers. Through discussions and panel insights, the cohort gained valuable perspectives on how education and workforce initiatives align to foster economic growth and sustainability in the community.
A key highlight of the event was the Workforce Development Panel, which provided an opportunity for participants to hear directly from experts in the field.
