Washington Community Schools hosted a FIRST Robotics event on Saturday, September 10, 2022. FIRST is one of the top robotics competitions in the world and we are proud to host an event highlighting all three divisions of FIRST.
Students and educators at Washington Community Schools will have access to robots, 3D printers, coding, and engineering and science modules. The studios provide a variety of opportunities for students and educators to discover new ways to explore design thinking, problem-solving, technology, and creative skill sets.

The College & Career Academy at WHS brings in guest speakers to share their experiences with students. On Wednesday, students had to opportunity to hear from 2 guest speakers with inspirational stories with a "passion to succeed." The title of the presentation is "The Strength of Success."
