The Family Health Center Partners

Today’s young people and their families face challenging and complex problems. When youth have difficulties adapting to these changes, the problems can disrupt areas like self-esteem, relationships, families and their school performance.

In many instances, the emotional and behavioral concerns experienced by a young person will not improve without professional intervention.

Family Health Center School Services are a Tier 3 service. Children who participate in Family Health Center's School Services program must be referred by a member of the school's staff, most often the counselor, social worker, or principal.
