What is Kinder Camp?

Kinder Camp is a 10-day program that prepares incoming kindergarteners to be successful. Campers learn basic school and classroom procedures, work on motor skills needed at school, and enjoy social activities with teachers and peers.

Kinder Camp will take place Monday - Friday, 8:30 am -12:30 pm, July 15 - 26, 2024

Kinder Camp was an amazing transition for students entering kindergarten. Students were confident as they entered their classrooms. Teachers were able to make connections with students and families before the school year began.

How are Students Chosen for Kinder Camp?

When students attend Kindergarten Pre-Registration, students are asked to complete tasks to assess their skills. Based on these results, students will be invited by the school to participate in Kinder Camp.

Please note: Completing the Kinder Camp questionnaire does NOT guarantee placement within the program. Transportation is not provided.
